A.P. Webb Plant Hire Ltd. in Stafford wanted to commemorate the 50th anniversary of being in business with a quality slate plaque. They reached out to us with an idea which our expert team were quickly able to bring to reality.

Our talented in-house designer first drew up a design from scratch using the requirements provided by the client. They requested that we include the company name in their brand font as well as their company logo. Our designers can match any provided font and replicate any logo, ensuring your plaque perfectly represents your business.

We suggested locally sourced Welsh Slate for this commemorative plaque, due to its supreme quality and the ability to retain its beauty for years to come. We selected a thick 20mm Welsh Slate and finished it with clean cut edges for an attractive look.

The plaque was then deeply engraved and hand gilded with a luxurious gold leaf for a distinctive finish. The stunning gold leaf inscription provides a striking contrast to the dark Welsh Slate, which delivers an opulent finish that will last for decades. We provided this plaque with faceless fixings so as not to interrupt the design, ensuring a clean look that focuses on the beauty of the plaque.
