Cancellations and Returns
If the product is not produced to the agreed specifications then the customer has the right to a replacement item at no added cost
subject to the return of the original item. Should the customer continue to be unhappy with the replacement product
then the purchaser has the right to withdraw the contract, return the goods and receive a full refund.
None of our terms & conditions affects your statutory rights.
We request that you allow around 10-12 working days for distribution from time of payment being processed and artwork being approved by the customer.
Your estimated delivery date will be sent to you via email upon the day of dispatch. We endeavour to meet the estimated delivery timescale however, we cannot guarantee delivery within 10-12 working days. We are unable to refund or exchange goods that are postponed in transit or delivery due to any reason.
Upon receipt of your package, the item(s) must be fully checked for any damages caused in transit, and we must be notified within 12 hours of delivery. We cannot be held liable for refunds/replacements if the issue is brought to our attention outside of this time frame.
